We offer a optional of paid delivery only for addresses in Co. Clare that you may choose this option at time of purchase. We reserve the right to change the shipping charge at any time.

For all other orders, we offer a Click & Collect service.

1. Unless using the paid delivery service, all orders must be collected at our premises.
2. Goods will be prepared for collection. Please contact us in advance by telephone to arrange your collection time. Take caution when handling packaging to avoid damages and injury. As the weight of the boxes can be heavy, precautions may need to be made.
3. Orders placed before 12 noon will be available within 48 hours. If you place your order on a Friday or at any point during the weekend, your order will be processed and prepared on the following Monday.
4. All orders require a signature upon collection.
5. Once an order has been collected from our warehouse it is then unable to be amended. Therefore please ensure that items are correct prior to receipt.
6. Mistakes can happen, and occasionally goods can be delayed or get damaged in transit. As such, we recommend that you do not book any installation work until you have received your goods in full and are completely satisfied with their condition and suitability.
