9 metre (125mm) Flexi Flue Kit

Where This Kit Works Best

This 9‑metre, 5‑inch(125mm), 316‑grade liner kit fits most two‑storey homes. Many chimneys in these homes measure between 8 and 9 metres, so the kit usually drops straight into place. Installers often use this set when replacing an older stove because the existing chimney structure remains usable.

The liner supports stoves that burn bituminous coal, peat, seasoned timber, smokeless fuels and biomass pellets. It also improves draft consistency and helps the appliance operate safely.

What’s Included in the Kit

Your 9m pot‑hanger kit contains:

• 1 × 9m length of 5″ 316 twinwall flexible chimney liner
• 1 × 5″ manchette start‑off adapter
• 1 × 5″ pot‑hanging anti‑bird / anti‑rain cowl

Each part fits together easily and forms a complete flue system from stove to chimney pot.

Installation Overview

Connect the flexible liner to your stove’s connecting flue pipe using the start‑off manchette adapter. Then secure the pot‑hanging anti‑bird / anti‑rain cowl to the top of the liner. Fix the cowl onto the chimney pot to lock the liner in position.
If you want flue insulation, wrap the liner with AGC Thermal Wrap before fitting the cowl. This improves heat retention and stabilises the flue temperature.
